Many of our clients come to us looking for the American Dream Rural Property.  Often
times the land desired is a mixture of woods and open pasture and if they want a home
already on the property, we are often asked about Log Homes.  We occasionally
have a listing that includes a log home or log cabin, but more often, the buyers
find the perfect land which suits their needs and then go to a Log Home
specialist to build the home.  As a service to those buyers, we have added
this page with information about a company which we have come to believe
is one of the top log home companies in America and it is right here in
East Texas.  Their headquarters is in Longview, TX and
they build log homes of all sizes all over East Texas, Arkansas, and
anywhere within 300 miles of Longview, which covers all of our sales
area.  This company is Satterwhite Log Homes.  We have sold several
ranches which have featured these fine homes and the buyers were very
happy to have such a well constructed home to buy.  We have also shown
properties which have Satterwhite Log Barns as well.

When we attended an EXPO in Longview, we visited the Longview
area headquarters of Satterwhite Log homes.  Here are some
