PLEASE call us for an appointment before heading to our new office.  We are working primarily out
of our home and have just opened this "satellite office" to have a place to meet clients.  We
are only about 12 minutes from the office so if you can for an appointment, we will be glad
to meet you there.  However,  you are unlikely to find us just "sitting there" waiting for
clients.  This is a people business and we are out conducting business most of the time.
We answer our office phone at any reasonable hour and will work with YOUR schedule
to show you property.  When we are out, we usually forward the calls to our cell phone.

Directions from Dallas, TX after you have made an appointment to meet us at the office...

Take Interstate 20 East to Canton (I-20 Exits off of I-635 "Shreveport Exit").  Stay on I-20 all the
way to the Hwy 64 exit.  Go SE on Hwy 64 into Canton.  At the 4 way stop, just before
the courthouse, take a right and go all the way down Buffalo past the elementary and middle schools.
Our building is 2 doors down from the Elementary school on the right side.  Our new office "in town"
is at 1171 S. Buffalo, which is at the corner of Hwy 243 and Hwy 198 (which is also Buffalo).  We are in this
multi-unit white brick building with a green metal roof.  We are just down the road from Ace
Hardware on Hwy 243. If you are coming from Hwy 19, take Hwy 243 West past Ace Hardware.
Just before the light, take a right onto Buffalo and come across into our parking lot on
the West side of Buffalo.  We are at the South end of this building.

Important Notice about Arrangements to See our Listings
In order to see this or any of our Listings, please call or email this office.  If you are not already being
shown property by another agent, we will be glad to give you more details, or set up a time to show you
the property.  You must call or email us for more location information in order that we protect the
Seller's privacy.  If you have a Realtor® who you are working with at some other Real Estate agency,
listings are required to be shown by a licensed Realtor®, like the friendly agents we have in our office.
**You DO NOT Need a Buyer's Agent to be treated fairly in considering one of our Listings!**
No one knows the details about our listings better than we do and we will be glad to work with you on finding
the property exactly suited to your needs...whether it is our listing, or not.  We treat all our buyers and sellers
with the same integrity and courtesy that we would expect if we were the client or customer.
