Property Recap: 15±AC densely wooded tract in the Martin's Mill ISD on FM1653 is
a good location for building a home or having a weekend property.  The land is not
in the 100 Year Flood Plain according to FEMA maps, but the property is low and
the land is swampy after a rain.  That will have to be dealt with before you can build
a home on this tract.  It is great habitat for the trees and the wildlife on the
property.  It would also make it a great place to add a large pond to help with
the drainage.  The property is East of Canton out Hwy 64 to FM 1653.  This is
a nice area of home and ranches.  The phone service in the area is Verizon.  There
is no community water in the area, so a well will be required, but this is in an area
good for wells, over the Wilcox Aquifer.  Electric available along the road.
