This is a 1995 aerial view from Google Earth.  We have approximated the shape and size of the tract on this graphic.  The
frontage is not as wide as the back.  A small tract was previously sold along the frontage and they have a
home and outbuildings in the lighter area near the road.  The tract is 14±AC.  The property is fenced except
for the area along the small out parcel shown near the frontage

Property Recap: 14±AC land tract has mix of woods, open & some scattered trees on a
paved Country Road, just 1.5 miles off Interstate 20.  This is a nice area of homes and
ranches and very convenient for those who still travel into the Dallas area.  You would
have to drive only about 45 miles to get to the intersection of Hwy 80 and LBJ.
The land is mostly level with soil which is a sandy/clay mix.  There is
not a pond on the property, but a good low place to put one.  The property currently
has an AG tax exemption to keep taxes lower.  You could run livestock
on this land in addition to building your home.  There are some restrictions
relating to junk cars and trash on the property.  This is an area served
by Myrtle Springs Community water.  You will need a meter.  It is also
served by Verizon phone service and TXU electric service.  It is
in the Will Point ISD.  It is NOW Reduced to $62,000.  CC1737

If you want to drive by the property, take Hwy 64 N off of I-20 and then take
the right fork onto FM 1504.  VZ CR 3211 is the first right off FM1504.  Go
about 1/2  mile and the property will be on your right.  Across the street is
a property with white pipe & cable fence and a mailbox with the number
"811" on it.  This 14AC property is directly across from
that property.  Sign on fence.
