We often bring you listings that we think are great and we try to help
you imagine what it would be like to live there. We can give you a pretty
good idea on this one, because it is our home. This 3400+sf Estate
home is our dream home built in 1997 when we moved to Van Zandt
County. This is a great family home, so we are hoping to sell it to
someone who can use all this great space to live and roam. The
property is just 1.5 miles North of Interstate 20 to make it a great
commuter location if you need to travel into Dallas. It is only 50 miles
from LBJ in Dallas. It is a 2 story and also a split level home with
a big country kitchen, 2 living, 2 dining and 4 bedrooms, one of
which is used as a study & 3 full baths. There are two spacious bedrooms
upstairs which we use a few days per year for our guests. We have created
a lifetime of memories in the 12 years since we had this home
built by one of the area's premier builders, Wilkerson and Tunnel.

provide hours of fun
on 4 wheelers or just for walking and a ˝±AC
pond stocked with
huge catfish which we have been feeding for the last 12 years.
If you want privacy, seclusion, but not a lot of yard work, this
is the place for you. Our dense forest gives us plenty of
privacy and firewood and doesn't ask for much attention in

with space for Scrapbooker's Weekends.
The two upstairs bedrooms will sleep 3-4 per room and there is plenty of
room on the land to build more cabins and residence buildings. The
concrete
drive with parking out front plus an insulated garage if you wanted to close
it in, could add 525±sf to such an operation
at minimal cost. The
location, just 1.5 miles off I-20 would be great for a First Monday
B&B Venture if that is something you are interested in.
