only 45 miles from LBJ @ Hwy 80, Dallas.  Country Estate home is red brick
with white vinyl siding on porches and black trim and roof.  Three dormers

is a ˝±AC pond out back visible from the home.  It has an unusual
shape and includes a cove on one side.  It has been stocked several
times with catfish and they have been fed and not fished.  The woods
has lots of abundant wildlife.  The property is fenced all the way around
with smooth wire field fencing (not barbed wire) and there is a iron
gate at the drive.  All the land has a "timber exemption" on it which is
comparable to an AG exemption to keep the taxes
lower!  The property is served by TXU electric, Verizon
phone service and Myrtle Springs Community Water.  It is in the
