This 47.79±AC of ranch
land, only 3 miles North of Wills Point, is near a
63AC tract we also have listed for the same seller. It is down
the same long easement off VZ CR 3501, but it is not contiguous
to that property. If you are looking for more land, these two
could be bought together, but we would need to arrange access
thru a brother's land to use the two tracts together or perhaps
you could be sold a connecting piece. This land is mostly
open pasture with just few scattered trees and an
abandoned outbuilding, but there is a pond and the
